Your stuff will thank you!
- Keeping box weights around 25 to 25 pounds allows for fast loading and unloading.
- Protect mattresses, couches, chairs and pillows with our plastic covers and large storage bags
- Guard against moisture, store on pallets or boards to keep off floor.
- Load stuff you won’t need access to in the rear and stuff you need to reach in the front, leave an aisle in middle if needed.
- Buy our best lock when you rent, it’s the storage industry’s best lock and cheaper than cheap lock at Handyman.
- Clean refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, stoves and dishwashers prior to storing…Tape or block appliance doors open.
- Do NOT store Combustibles (i.e., paint; paint thinner, gasoline, solvents, etc.), oils, automotive fluids and/or gasses. This is a violation of lease.

Red Oak and Southpoint Village, located next to Fairborn Self Storage will offer dozens of individual garage sales all in one weekend. Turn out for this has been huge in the past.
New this year will be a refreshment tent sponsored by Fairborn Self Storage and Red Oak Homes. Shoppers can stop in for a snack and drink and register for free giveaways from local businesses and restaurants. Also new this year will be the Red Oak Manufactured Homearama, showcasing the homes and lifestyles of 55 and Over Communities in Fairborn.

Fairborn Self Storage Sponsors Fishing Derby May 17th 9am to 1pm
Published May 21st, 2008 in Fairborn Business Friends and News. 0 CommentsLooking for some fun this weekend? Come out to Community Park and enter the Fairborn Animal Hospital Fishing Derby. The fishing derby is free! Open to all ages and is a great way to spend time with your children and/or grandchildren.
Freinds and members of the Fairborn Parks Advisory Board will be on hand to teach and help kids learn to fish and make sure all anglers have a great time. There are lots of prizes to win so come on out and fish!
Last year they had 35 anglers participate and this year they are hoping for at least 100. Below is a photo from the Fairborn Daily Herald which includes our own Deb Leonard (third from the left). The staff of Red Oak and Fairborn Self Storage wishes the best to all anglers and a big thanks to Deb Leonard for being so involved in the Fairborn Community and making this event special!
