We have seen a run on boxes in the last couple weeks.  Seems there are lot’s of folks spring cleaning and organizing stuff at home and the office.  We sell a full line of super strong high quality cardboard boxes for storage and moving at the lowest price in town.  When you buy boxes don’t forget to buy strong clear packing tape.

David V. came in yesterday at 5:15pm, drove all the way from the 45414 zip code to store with is for the third time!  I (Rob Degenhart) happened to be working since Phyl is out with laryngitis.   David said he liked our facility because it was safe, secure and friendly.  When he asked if the lady (Phyl) with the little dogs (Benji and Barkley) still worked here I knew precisely why the guy drove past 7 other self storage companies to rent with us.

You see most self storage companies are nationally owned, many traded on Wall St and they just don’t attract the kind of caring long term managers a small family owned (the Degenharts) facility like our does.  Phyl has been with us for 8 plus years!  The industry average self storage manager lasts 18 months.

So kudos to you Phyl!  Get well soon and get back to work, your customers miss you!
