Due to the recent Corona-virus news our office will be closed till further notice.
Payment can be done online at, we are also taking payments over the phone for current tenants at 937-879-3008. Monday thru Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm.

We are accepting new tenants over the phone Mon-Fri 9:00am-4:00pm, call for details.

We have a night box located on the side of our office for checks and money orders that is checked daily Monday thru Friday.
Anyone that has a lock on their storage unit once paid we will remove locks by 4:30pm daily Monday thru Friday. Anything paid over the weekend the lock will be removed on Monday by 4:30.

Also CURRENT TENANTS if you are struggling to make your payment right now we encourage you to call us and we can help!!

You still have gate access during office closure. Gate hours are 6am to 10pm. 7 days a week.
